Supporting mental well-being during Covid-19

BC Covid-19 Mental Health Network is offering free, short-term, one-on-one counselling to  those struggling with Covid related impacts. You can make an appointment by sending an email: with your name, best contact info, and general availability. A counsellor will get back to you to book your free online/telephone session.
Free online course by a psychology professor at the University of Toronto Scarborough aims to help people manage their mental health during COVID-19. Mind Control: Managing Your Mental Health During Covid-19, is available free through Coursera and takes approximately three hours to complete over 3 weeks.
Anxiety Canada’s free, evidenced-based mental health relief app MindShift™ CBT is available on iOS and Android. It employs scientifically proven strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help users learn to relax and be mindful, develop more effective ways of thinking, and use active steps to take charge of their anxiety.
