Family Support Program

Wellness. Connection. Resilience.

The Cortes Community Health Association operates the Family Support Program and the Youth Programs to foster wellness, connection and resiliency among the awesome families and kids of Cortes.

Family Support Program

The program is a project of the Cortes Community Health Association with funding provided by private donors, BC Gaming and Success by Six. The CCHA Family Support Program is proud to partner with the Queen Alexandra Foundation for Children, Decoda (Literacy Now) and the Strathcona Regional District to enhance service delivery to Cortes Island families.

We can help with Financial Support & Relationship Support for Women. We organize the Wellness Fair and also have regular Youth Programs.
